1. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
All subscription plans (Basic ₹96, Smart ₹999, Pro ₹2500) are billed annually and valid for 12 months from activation. Plans are non-refundable except under special circumstances.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term. No automatic refunds will be initiated.

3. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be granted if:
Duplicate payment is made

4. REFUND PROCESS
To initiate a refund:
Send an email to support@directsellingprofile.com within 7 days of payment

Provide transaction ID and reason
If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method
